Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We ship throughout New Zealand. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping (Australia & Beyond)
We ship to Australia and select international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing, and typically take 5–15 business days.
For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. You can monitor your delivery status using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@piccadillyshoes.co.nz and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
