Shipping in New Zealand is FREE from this website: www.piccadillyshoes.nz ! All shoes ordered before 3pm NZT, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day by FastWay Courier for an over night delivery in the North Island, and 2-3 day delivery in the South Island. Rural deliveries may require an extra 1-2 days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your shoes have been dispatched from our warehouse.

* If your parcel shipped by Fast and trackable courier, it should arrive normally within 7 days.
* If you chose shipment option Economy Air, it is untracked option and has no tracking number. You would only see tracking information before it left our warehouse and it would have no information after goods left. The parcel should arrive within 15-35 days. If there are special conditions, it might take longer. So please wait patiently. Sometimes when courier comes to deliver parcels and you are not at home, they leave a card or just bring your undelivered parcel back to a local Post Office Warehouse. If you would not get goods within a month, please go to your local Post Office and ask about your package, or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All shoes ordered before 3pm NZT, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. The standard delivery time is 7-14 days depending on where in the world you are. Please note this excludes any delays for duties* and GST.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Piccadilly Shoes. We ship international packages DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
